Ross-Simons, America’s Favorite Jeweler, is seeking an Outbound Sales Rep on a remote basis to connect with customers and drive personalized shopping experiences. The role emphasizes relationship selling of fine jewelry and the ability to meet sales targets from anywhere in the United States.

The team values ambition, strong time-management skills, and a passion for connecting with people. Open to fully remote candidates in FL, MO, and NH, with a base salary and unlimited commission potential.

Qualifications

• Relationship sales experience, preferably jewelry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to close sales with a friendly, outgoing approach.
• Prioritize and multi-task to resolve inquiries quickly.
• Able to adapt to new software, Microsoft Office experience.

Responsabilités

• Dial outbound calls to Ross-Simons customers and build personal shopping relationships.
• Inform customers about product details, new arrivals and exclusive offers.
• Create a welcoming shopping experience over the phone and exceed expectations.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through enthusiasm and productivity.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
