Ross-Simons, America’s Favorite Jeweler (a division of Luxury Brand Holdings), is seeking an outbound sales representative for our Personal Shopping team. This remote-based role focuses on relationship selling to Ross-Simons customers via outbound calls, delivering detailed jewelry information, and building lasting client relationships.

You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer experiences while working with a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship-based sales, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to adapt to customers.
• Proven ability to close sales using a friendly, professional approach.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités
