Ross-Simons, America's Favorite Jeweler, seeks an Outbound Telesales Rep to join our Personal Shopping team. This full-time, remote role offers a steady base salary plus an uncapped commission structure, with earnings potential demonstrated by our reps averaging $30 per hour.

Build relationships with existing customers, present jewelry details and promotions, and close sales from anywhere in the United States. Authorized to work in the US is required; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Relationship sales experience, preferably jewelry-related.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; adaptable to customers.
• Able to close sales with a friendly, professional approach.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking; quick inquiry resolution.

Responsabilités

• Dial outbound calls to Ross-Simons customers for relationship selling.
• Inform customers about jewelry details, new arrivals and exclusive offers.
• Create a welcoming phone shopping experience and exceed expectations.
• Meet or exceed sales goals with high productivity and enthusiasm.
• Communicate well with a diverse customer base and overcome objections.
• Close sales through effective negotiation and rapport.
