Ross-Simons, America's Favorite Jeweler, is seeking an Outbound Sales Rep for a remote-based role available to candidates nationwide (open to NH, FL, MO). Build relationships with our existing customers, inform them about new jewelry and exclusive offers, and close sales with an enthusiastic, professional approach.

This full-time position offers an uncapped commission structure and base pay, with strong earning potential for ambitious sellers.

Qualifications

• Relationship sales experience, preferably in jewelry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; adapt to customers.
• Ability to close sales with a friendly, professional approach.
• Able to prioritize, multi-task, and resolve inquiries quickly; adapt to new software.

Responsibilities

• Dial outbound calls to Ross-Simons customers to drive relationship selling.
• Inform customers about jewelry details, new arrivals and exclusive offers.
• Create a welcoming phone shopping experience and exceed expectations.
• Meet or exceed sales goals with enthusiasm and productivity.
• Communicate professionally with a diverse customer base.
• Overcome objections and close sales successfully.
