Job summary

Ross-Simons, America’s Favorite Jeweler, seeks an Outbound Telesales Rep to join its Personal Shopping team. This remote-based role supports customers across multiple states with a focus on relationship-building and high-volume selling.

Qualified candidates have jewelry sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to close sales. The position offers a stable base plus uncapped commissions, and fully remote options are available in selected states.

Qualifications

• Relationship sales experience, preferably jewelry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adapt to customer needs.
• Ability to close sales using a friendly, outgoing and professional approach.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task tasks and resolve inquiries quickly.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook) required.

Responsibilities

• Relationship selling to existing customers by dialing outbound calls.
• Inform customers about jewelry details, new arrivals and exclusive offerings.
• Create a welcoming shopping experience over the phone and build relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales goals with enthusiasm and productivity.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
• Overcome objections and close sales successfully.
