Ross-Simons, America\'s Favorite Jeweler, is seeking an Outbound Sales Rep to build relationships with our valued customers by phone. You will advance sales by sharing jewelry details, new arrivals, and exclusive offers, delivering a superior shopping experience.

This remote-based role is open to candidates in Florida, Missouri, and New Hampshire, with base salary and uncapped commission. If you are ambitious, enthusiastic, and excel at time management, join our growing Personal Shopping team.

Qualificações

• Relationship sales experience, preferably Jewelry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to adapt to customer needs.
• Ability to close sales using a friendly, outgoing and professional approach.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and resolve inquiries quickly; experience with Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook) required.

Responsabilidades

• Dial outbound phone calls to Ross-Simons customers to sell jewelry.
• Inform customers about product details, new arrivals and exclusive offers.
• Create a welcoming shopping experience over the phone and build relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through enthusiasm and high productivity.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
• Overcome objections and close sales successfully.
