Job summary

Signify Health is seeking a Member Engagement Coordinator to contact Medicare Advantage and Medicaid members by phone and schedule free health evaluations, either in-home or virtual. You will follow scripts, meet daily outbound targets, and uphold privacy guidelines in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

This remote role requires a high school diploma, call center or high-volume outbound experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple systems while maintaining professional

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience.
• Outbound call center or high-volume experience with scripts is preferred.
• Desire to work in an aggressive outbound call center environment.
• Persuasive with professional courtesy when handling members.
• Good communication skills, friendly and conversational.
• Adherence to a fixed daily schedule (start/breaks/lunch/end).
• Strong computer skills and multi-system usage.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using an automatic dialer to offer and schedule health evaluations.
• Follow 20+ scripts, ensure clarity and respond to rebuttals professionally.
• Present a positive, high-energy approach to members and colleagues.
• Meet daily goals (outbound dials, appointments, attendance).
• Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed with members and providers.
• Monitor performance metrics and report results.
• Escalate member complaints to managers and participate in coaching.
• HIPAA and privacy guidelines are followed at all times.
