Signify Health is seeking a Member Engagement Coordinator to connect with health plan members by phone, offer and schedule free health evaluations, and meet productivity and quality targets in a remote setting.

You will operate in a metrics-driven environment, using scripts and an auto dialer, while maintaining professionalism and privacy standards. The role reports to a Member Engagement Manager and requires strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year call center or 2+ years general work experience required.
• Outbound call center or high-volume experience with metrics-driven environment preferred.
• Desire to work in an efficient, results-oriented outbound call center environment.
• Persuasive with professional courtesy when engaging health plan members.

Responsibilities

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialer to schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations.
• Follow 20+ approved scripts; ensure members understand terms and rebuttals persuasively.
• Present a positive, professional, high-energy approach to clients and team members.
• Meet daily goals (outbound dials, appointments) in office or remote environment.
• Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as requested.
• Monitor performance metrics using designated reporting systems.
• Report member complaints to managers and escalate as needed.
• Participate in peer coaching as required.
• Adhere to HIPAA and privacy guidelines when handling PHI.
