Signify Health is hiring a remote Member Engagement Coordinator to contact Medicare Advantage and Medicaid members by phone, offering and scheduling free health evaluations. You will work toward department productivity, quality, and customer service goals, reporting to a Member Engagement Manager.

The role emphasizes adherence to HIPAA, effective communication, and the ability to work with scripts while maintaining a high-energy, professional approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience.
• Outbound call center experience in a metrics-driven environment preferred.
• Ability to follow scripts and respond to objections professionally.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule.

Responsibilities

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialer to offer and schedule evaluations.
• Follow 20+ approved scripts and explain terms clearly.
• Present a positive, professional, high-energy approach to clients and members.
• Meet daily goals for dials and appointments in office or remote environment.
• Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as requested.
• Monitor performance using designated reporting systems and handle HIPAA privacy guidelines.
