Job summary

MDS Communications is seeking Call Center Representatives to work from home, supporting nonprofit fundraising programs. You will handle calls across multiple clients, using predictive dialing and a script approved by clients, and you’ll help secure donations with a positive and engaging approach.

The role offers hourly pay, a performance bonus program, and growth paths into management or portfolio management for donors. A supportive, recovery-friendly workplace is emphasized.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long term stability
• Dedicated wired internet connection
• A quiet place to work at home free from interruptions

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training and be assigned to one of four MDS Teams.
• Call for multiple clients over an 8 hour day using predictive dialing equipment.
• Communicate with donors in a positive, engaging manner using approved scripts.
• Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of clients.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
