Job summary

MDS Communications is seeking Call Center Representatives to join a mission-driven team. You will receive comprehensive training and be assigned to one of four teams supporting multiple clients, calling 4–8 different campaigns throughout an 8‑hour day with predictive dialing.

You’ll engage donors, secure gifts, and maintain productivity targets using a client-approved script. We value reliability and a passion for nonprofit causes, plus a wired internet connection and a quiet home workspace.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long term stability.
• Dedicated wired internet connection.
• A quiet place to work at home free from normal household interruptions.
• Basic computer skills.
• A willingness to support charitable and non-profit causes.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training.
• Be assigned to one of four MDS Teams that calls on behalf of a set of clients.
• Call for 4-8 different clients over the course of an 8 hour day using predictive dialing equipment.
• Handle about 16-24 completed calls per hour with about 20-30 seconds between calls.
• Communicate with donors in a positive, engaging and enthusiastic manner using a client-approved script.
• Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
