Job summary

MDS Communications is seeking Call Center Representatives to support nonprofit fundraising programs. You will receive in-depth training, work on behalf of multiple clients, and use a predictive dialing system to contact donors with a friendly, enthusiastic script.

The role requires at least one year of outbound telemarketing or a stable work history, a dedicated wired internet connection, a quiet home workspace, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long term stability.
• Dedicated wired internet connection.
• A quiet place to work at home free from interruptions.
• Basic computer skills.
• A commitment and enthusiasm to charitable/non-profit causes.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training and operate on behalf of multiple clients.
• Call for 4–8 different clients over an 8 hour day using predictive dialing.
• Communicate with donors in a positive, engaging manner using a client-approved script.
• Secure financial gifts for our clients and maintain fundraising metrics.
