Job summary

MDS Communications is recruiting Call Center Representatives in Mesa, AZ. You’ll receive comprehensive training and call on behalf of nonprofit clients to engage donors and secure gifts, using a prepared script to ensure a positive donor experience.

The role includes an $16.15-$17.65 hourly wage, paid breaks, health insurance eligibility after two months, paid time off, and potential to transition to work-from-home once you’re established with the team.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long term stability (must have reliable job history).
• Basic computer skills required.
• Commitment and enthusiasm to charitable/non-profit causes.
• Willingness to learn and persistence.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training.
• Call for 4–8 different clients over the course of an 8 hour day using predictive dialing equipment.
• Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging manner using approved scripts.
• Secure financial gifts from donors on behalf of clients.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
