Job summary

MDS Communications is seeking Call Center Representatives to support nonprofit fundraising programs. You will work on behalf of multiple clients, following scripted prompts to engage donors and secure contributions.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a stable work history.
• Comfort with calling on behalf of multiple clients.
• Ability to follow scripts and maintain donor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Handle 4–8 different clients per day using predictive dialing.
• Engage donors in a positive, professional manner to secure gifts.
• Meet fundraising and productivity targets.
• Maintain accurate donor records and notes.
