Job summary

MDS Communications is seeking Call Center Representatives to support partner nonprofit fundraising from a home-based setup in Missouri. You’ll join a team that calls on behalf of several clients each day, using a dialer and a script approved by clients to engage donors with a positive, respectful tone.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more outbound telemarketing experience or a strong long-term work history
• Dedicated wired internet connection
• A quiet place to work at home free from normal household interruptions
• Basic computer skills
• A commitment and enthusiasm to charitable, non-profit causes

Responsibilities

• Make 4–8 calls to a set of clients per day across an 8-hour shift
• Engage donors in a positive, engaging and script-driven manner
• Secure financial gifts on behalf of clients
• Maintain fundraising and productivity metrics
