Job summary

MDS Communications is hiring Call Center Representatives to support charitable fund-raising programs. You will work from home, calling on behalf of multiple clients, following approved scripts, and aiming to secure donations.

The role includes in-depth training, assigned team rotations, and performance bonuses. A reliable wired internet connection and a quiet home office are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment record with long term stability.
• Dedicated wired internet connection.
• A quiet place to work at home free from interruptions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Commitment and enthusiasm to charitable/non-profit causes.
• Willingness to learn.
• Persistence.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training.
• Be assigned to one of four MDS Teams calling on behalf of clients.
• Call for 4–8 different clients per day using predictive dialing.
• Communicate with donors in a positive, engaging manner using client-approved scripts.
• Secure financial gifts from donors on behalf of clients.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
