Job summary

MDS Communications in Texas is seeking Call Center Representatives to support national nonprofit fundraising programs. You will make outbound calls, follow a client-approved script, and seek donations from donors while delivering a positive experience from a home office.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long term stability.
• Dedicated wired internet connection
• A quiet place to work at home free from normal household interruptions
• Basic computer skills and comfort with screens and scripts.

Responsibilities

• Call for multiple clients using a predefined script to communicate with donors.
