Job summary

MDS Communications is seeking Call Center Representatives to join a mission-driven fundraising team. You will engage donors with a positive script, secure gifts for multiple clients, and work within set productivity metrics while receiving thorough training.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ outbound telemarketing experience or a stable long-term employment record.
• Dedicated wired internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training and be assigned to one of four teams.
• Call 4–8 different clients over an 8-hour day.
