Job summary

MDS Communications is seeking Call Center Representatives to support its donor fundraising programs from a home-based setting in the United States. You will join a team handling multiple client campaigns, following approved scripts, and earning a base hourly wage with performance bonuses.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of outbound telemarketing or a stable employment history, a dedicated wired Internet connection, and a quiet home workspace.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long term stability
• Dedicated wired internet connection
• A quiet place to work at home free from household interruptions
• Basic computer skills
• Commitment and enthusiasm for charitable/non-profit causes
• Willingness to learn
• Persistence

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training.
• Be assigned to one of four MDS Teams that calls on behalf of a set of clients.
• Call for 4-8 different clients over an 8 hour day, using predictive dialing equipment.
• Communicate with donors in a positive, engaging manner using a script approved by clients.
• Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors for clients.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
