Your role includes detailing interactions in Zoho CRM, sharing registration links via WhatsApp, and sustaining momentum toward monthly KPI targets in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of proven outbound call center, cold calling, or telemarketing experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to independently source and extract potential client contacts from social networks.

Responsibilities

• Outbound sourcing from open sources and social networks.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage global prospects.
• Qualification of leads and booking meetings/registrations.
• Log all interactions in Zoho CRM and maintain accurate statuses.
• Send personalized registration links via WhatsApp or messaging apps.
