Job summary

Axia Growth is seeking a role that owns the entire outbound dialing operation for high-volume campaigns. You will script, manage dialers, coach callers, and vet talent to ensure consistent performance. You’ll interact with strategic partners while scaling to 20+ dialers and expanding scope as the operation grows.

You’ll work remotely with EST hours, earning a base of $2,000–$3,000 per month with duty-based OTE of $5,000–$6,000 per month. This is a contractor-start position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience running high-volume outbound campaigns.
• Ability to own dialing operations and optimize throughput.
• Strong coaching, feedback delivery, and accountability skills.

Responsibilities

• Scripting & Campaign Prep: write and refine cold-call scripts for under-30-second delivery.
• Dialer Management & Performance: monitor dials, connect rate, talk time, and dispositions.
• Caller Development: run weekly coaching sessions with real call recordings and feedback.
• Talent Vetting: conduct final interviews to evaluate selling ability and coachability.
