Talentoma is seeking an Outbound Call Specialist to join the customer service team. This fully remote role in New Jersey requires a 40-hour weekly commitment, handling outbound calls, scheduling, and accurate documentation with Salesforce, Five9, and Outlook.

You will review queues, verify customer needs, provide clear information, and ensure timely follow-up while coordinating with scheduling colleagues. Excellent communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• About 1-2 years of outbound calling, customer service, or appointment scheduling experience preferred.
• Familiarity with outbound calling queues, callback priorities, call dispositions, and maintaining accurate customer interaction histories.
• Comfort navigating customer profiles, phone queues, and appointment calendars while keeping conversation notes clear and relevant.
• Clear spoken communication, professional telephone etiquette, and the ability to explain service information in straightforward language.
• Ability to listen carefully, confirm customer needs, and recognize questions that require guidance from the team lead.
• A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet private workspace suitable for confidential customer conversations and focused desk-based work.
• Availability for the 40-hour weekly commitment and agreed working days and shift times.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Fully remote work from home in a desk-based customer contact role.
• Structured onboarding and training on a CRM such as Salesforce, a contact-center phone system such as Five9, and a scheduling and calendar tool such as Microsoft Outlook.
• Regular check-ins with the customer service team lead for feedback, questions, and practical coaching.
• Opportunities to build outbound calling, appointment scheduling, customer conversation, and follow-up skills through daily work.

Responsabilités

• Review outbound calls in the daily queue and verify reason for contact, previous conversations, and requested callbacks.
• Use Salesforce to review customer contact information and service history, linking each conversation to the profile.
• Place outbound calls using a phone system like Five9 and confirm customer availability.
• Ask focused questions to understand service requests and explain approved information.
• Arrange service appointments using Outlook, confirming openings and documenting details.
• Record call outcomes, questions, appointments, and next steps for team clarity.
• Set follow-up reminders and review outstanding callbacks before marking requests complete.
• Escalate unresolved questions or scheduling issues with concise context.
• Close requests with clear outcomes and hand off open items with ownership.
• Meet quality expectations with accurate information, notes, and respectful conversations.
