Job summary

Bloomerang is seeking an Outbound Business Development Representative to generate new opportunities for nonprofits by researching, contacting, and qualifying prospects and scheduling meetings for Account Executives. You’ll craft personalized outreach across calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels, with resilience in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work fully remote in the U.S. (HQ option in Indianapolis) with base salary and on-target earnings of $75,000, plus health, 401k, and other

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience (SDR, BDR, or sales internship preferred) or business experience and an interest in SaaS sales.
• Passion for helping nonprofits and a desire to understand their challenges.
• Strong communication and storytelling to engage with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and qualify nonprofit prospects and set up meetings for Account Executives.
• Practice personalised outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Generate a 90-day pipeline of high-quality meetings from scratch.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to build a pipeline that converts to revenue.
• Maintain accurate sales data and lead tracking in Salesforce.
