Job summary

Bloomerang, a nonprofit-focused fundraising platform, is seeking an Outbound Business Development Representative to identify, engage, and qualify nonprofit prospects and to set qualified meetings for Account Executives. You will thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment and help build a robust pipeline.

You will leverage Salesforce and LinkedIn to reach decision-makers, master Bloomerang’s fundraising, donor, and volunteer management solutions, and collaborate closely with the AE team to drive

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience (SDR/BDR or internship preferred).
• Passion for helping nonprofits and understanding their challenges.
• Self-starter with the ability to work without warm leads.
• Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection.
• Strong written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and 6Sense is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Master Bloomerang’s product and value to articulate it to busy decision-makers.
• Prospect and engage through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and personalized messages.
• Generate a 90-day rolling pipeline of qualified meetings.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to convert pipeline into revenue.
• Consistently meet or exceed business development targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce.
