Bloomerang is hiring an Outbound Business Development Representative to identify, engage, and qualify nonprofit customers. You will create demand, set up meetings for Account Executives, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales, a passion for nonprofits, and strong communication skills. This is a remote US role with opportunities to collaborate across teams and contribute to revenue growth.

Competenze

• 1+ year of sales experience (SDR/BDR or internship preferred).
• Passion for helping nonprofits and understanding their challenges.
• Self-starter mentality; able to work without warm leads.
• Resilience and persistence; comfortable with rejection.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for senior leaders.

• Master Bloomerang’s product and value; articulate value to decision-makers.
• Prospect and engage: cold accounts via call, email, LinkedIn, personalized messages.
• Generate pipeline: 90-day rolling pipeline of qualified meetings from scratch.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to build a high-potential pipeline.
