Job summary

Wix in the United States is seeking an Outbound Account Executive for Wix POS to drive new business with merchants not currently on Wix. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, and work with onboarding to ensure a seamless transition to activation.

Responsibilities include discovery calls, product demos, and collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle outbound SaaS sales experience, with a preference for eCommerce, solution selling, POS or payments background.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A hunter's mentality with a track record of meeting/revenue goals and KPIs.
• Excellent project management and organization to manage a large pipeline and buying journeys.

Responsibilities

• Run a full-cycle outbound motion—prospecting, qualifying, and closing new, non-Wix merchants across Wix Premium and Wix POS products.
• Conduct product discovery and demo calls to understand merchant needs and showcase Wix’s unified commerce capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and voice of the customer.
• Coordinate with onboarding specialists to ensure smooth transition from sale to onboarding to activation.
• Stay updated on retail trends, payment technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
