Job summary

Wix seeks a driven Account Executive to lead outbound new-business sales to merchants not currently on Wix. You will drive new business, manage the full sales cycle, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Daily duties include running a full-cycle outbound motion, conducting product discovery and demos, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. Location in Manhattan with hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle outbound SaaS sales experience, with a preference for eCommerce, solution selling, POS or payments background.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A hunter's mentality with a track record of meeting revenue goals and client KPIs.
• Excellent project management and organization to manage a large pipeline and client journeys.
• Able to thrive in ambiguity and changing environments, contribute to playbook creation.

Responsibilities

• Run a full-cycle outbound motion—from prospecting to close for non-Wix merchants across Wix Premium and Wix POS.
• Conduct product discovery and demos to understand merchant needs and show Wix’s unified commerce capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Coordinate with onboarding specialists to ensure smooth transition from sale to onboarding to activation.
• Stay informed on retail trends and competitor offerings; consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
