Job summary

Wix is seeking an Account Executive to lead outbound new-business sales to merchants not currently on Wix. You will drive new business, manage the full sales cycle, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience, across Wix Premium and Wix POS products.

Your day-to-day includes prospecting, qualifying, and closing, plus discovery calls to match merchant needs with Wix’s unified commerce capabilities. You’ll work with product, marketing, and care teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle outbound SaaS sales experience.
• Experience in eCommerce, POS or payments is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of meeting revenue goals.
• Ability to manage a large pipeline and client journeys.

Responsibilities

• Run a full-cycle outbound motion—from prospecting to close.
• Conduct product discovery and demo calls to understand merchant needs.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care teams to deliver great client experiences.
• Coordinate with onboarding to ensure smooth transition from sale to activation.
• Stay on top of retail trends, payment technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
