Job summary

Wix is seeking an Account Executive to lead outbound new-business sales to merchants not currently on Wix in the United States (Oregon). You will drive new business, manage the sales cycle from prospect to close, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Day-to-day, you will run a full-cycle outbound motion, conduct product discovery and demos, collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care to deliver an exceptional client experience, and work with onboarding specialists to

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle outbound SaaS sales experience.
• Preference for eCommerce, solution selling, POS or payments background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Run a full-cycle outbound motion—prospecting, qualifying, closing new, non-Wix merchants.
• Conduct product discovery and demo calls to understand merchant needs.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care to deliver client experiences.
• Coordinate with onboarding specialists to ensure smooth transition from sale to activation.
• Stay on top of retail trends and competitor offerings; meet monthly/quarterly targets.
