Job summary

Wix is seeking an Account Executive to lead outbound new-business sales to merchants not currently on Wix. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to close and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

You will run a full-cycle outbound motion, conduct product discovery and demos, and collaborate across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care to deliver exceptional client experiences. A hunter's mentality and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle outbound SaaS sales experience, with a preference for an ecommerce, solution selling, point-of-sale or payments background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A hunter's mentality with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals
• Excellent project management and organization to manage a large pipeline
• Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to help write the playbook

Responsibilities

• Run a full-cycle outbound motion—prospecting, qualifying, and closing new, non-Wix merchants across Wix Premium and Wix POS products
• Conduct product discovery and demo calls to understand merchant needs and showcase Wix's unified commerce capabilities
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care to deliver exceptional client experiences and be the voice of the customer
• Coordinate with onboarding specialists to ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding to activation
• Stay updated on retail trends, payment technologies, and competitor offerings
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
