Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in transportation operations, logistics, or claims management, preferably in LTL or TL freight.
Responsibilities
Manage daily OS&D reporting and ensure accurate documentation of all discrepancies across terminals.
Identify root causes for overages, shortages, and damaged shipments, and coordinate resolution efforts.
Work with claims, operations, and customer service to resolve OS&D incidents efficiently and prevent recurrence.
Track OS&D reports, identify patterns, and recommend process improvements to reduce losses and improve service quality.
Educate terminal and operational teams on OS&D procedures, reporting standards, and proper documentation practices.
Ensure OS&D processes comply with company policies, DOT/FMCSA regulations, and industry best practices.
