Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review records to identify facts for CPT/ICD-10 coding.
• Code evaluation/management to CPT and diagnose to ICD-10.
• Meet with physicians to review documentation and obtain signatures.
• Lead and assist coders with terminology and policy interpretation.
• Promote documentation awareness and follow up on unsigned dates of service.
• Prepare case reports and support billing follow-up.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
