Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Codes evaluation/management to CPT and ICD-9 codes.
• Meets with physicians to review documentation and secure signatures.
• Acts as lead and assists coders with terminology and policy interpretation.
• Aids in increasing physician awareness of documentation requirements.
• Prepares case reports and initiates follow-up for billing.
