Qualifications

• Accredited by CCS-P or CPC required.
• Newly obtained coding certification to three years of experience required.
• Preferred experience in Orthopedics, Neurology, Physical Medicine, or Pain Management.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and assign ICD-10 and CPT codes.
• Manage patient demographics and clinical documentation.
• Educate clinical staff on documentation and coding standards.
