Job summary

Ibility, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned/ Woman-Owned small business, seeks an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst for a large federal agency. This fully remote role focuses on applying change management methodologies to align people, processes, and culture with strategic goals.

You will guide future-state design, drive adoption, and collaborate with stakeholders across units to ensure sustainable transformation, with emphasis on communications and training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, change management or organizational transformation.
• OCM experience with system and/or IT implementation; ERP experience preferred.
• Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal direction.
• Experience interfacing with VA or public sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess OCM and operational readiness for a federal client.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person meetings with government stakeholders.
• Identify and document organizational design challenges and requirements.
• Develop and execute change communications plans.
• Develop user adoption/training programs for the technology solution.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client stakeholders and ensure deliverable quality.
