Qualifications

• Requires five years applying analytical processes on IT projects in the last ten years.
• Three years of business systems analysis and design in the last ten years.
• Bachelor’s degree; degree copy may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Document and assess current business processes using BPI methodologies.
• Conduct data and process analysis to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement process improvements and workflows for new solutions.
• Identify data‑driven insights to measure impact of changes.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on new processes.
