Job summary

ABB is seeking an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing value stream. You will manage demand, replenishment, production, inventory, warehouse, and shipment, partnering with an SAP solution lead to fix root causes and set priorities.

You will report to the Vice President of IT and collaborate with a business sponsor, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Distribution, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, and IS teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution in planning, scheduling, inventory, fulfillment, order management or operations.
• Experience tracing delivery misses with data and fixing root causes.
• You use SAP hands-on in order fulfillment as a user, power user or process lead.

Responsibilities

• Own one business outcome: orders shipped complete on the committed date.
• Find root causes for missed orders using data and fix the causes.
• Set priorities for fixes, builds, and changes including stock allocation rules.
• Manage change across plants, distribution centers and system teams.
• Run short experiments to validate improvements and keep what moves the number.
• Report results honestly to business leaders, including issues.
