Job summary

ABB Inc. seeks an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own end-to-end on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing business.

You will collaborate with SAP solution leads, set priorities, and drive improvements across demand, production, inventory, and logistics. You will report to the Vice President of IT and work with a business sponsor in Installation Products, with authority to change processes and systems.

Qualifications

• This role requires a degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution planning, scheduling, inventory, fulfillment, order management or operations.
• 3+ years accountable for an operational result such as on-time in-full, fill rate or inventory.
• Experience using SAP hands-on in order fulfillment; design or configuration not required.
• Experience building data tools, analyses, dashboards, automations or AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing business end to end.
• Identify root causes of missed orders and fix underlying issues.
• Set priorities for fixes, builds, and changes affecting stock allocation.
• Manage change across plants, distribution centers and system teams.
• Run short experiments and scale those that move the number.
