Frida is seeking an Order Processing Specialist (Contract) to join our Miami-based Operations team. You will own the end-to-end order management process, moving orders across systems, partners, and customers with speed, accuracy, and accountability.

The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role offers remote flexibility on select days in a dynamic startup setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience with order processing, invoicing, data entry, and customer service.
• Strong computer skills and fast, accurate data entry capabilities.
• Technical experience with ERP/EDI systems (NetSuite, SAP) is a plus.
• Experience managing shipping vendors (FedEx, UPS, Freight Carriers) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders between systems, partners, and customers with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review incoming orders for accuracy, contract compliance, and guidelines.
• Enter order and financial data to ensure timely processing and shipping.
