Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is seeking an Order Management Specialist to handle end-to-end order processing and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely fulfillment. This remote role emphasizes accuracy, system expertise, and proactive communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include resolving processing exceptions, researching customer issues, and coordinating with plants, logistics, IT, and service teams to optimize order flow and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience with understanding of order processing and customer impact.
• Experience creating queries, analyzing datasets, and translating findings into business recommendations.
• Sleep Number experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders and resolve processing exceptions to keep orders moving.
• Research customer issues and identify process improvements.
• Coordinate with Plants, Bedding Collection, Home Delivery, Logistics, IT and Materials Management to balance workload.
