Sleep Number is seeking an Order Management Specialist to own end-to-end order fulfillment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide data-driven recommendations. The role emphasizes prioritizing workloads, resolving processing exceptions, and improving the customer experience in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications include an associate degree and 2+ years of customer service with familiarity of order life cycle, plus strong MS Office skills.

Competenze

• 2+ years customer service experience with understanding of order processing impact on customers
• Experience creating queries, analyzing datasets, and translating findings into business recommendations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt priorities daily
• Proficient with MS Office Suite

Mansioni

• Order Processing and Exception Resolution: Manage sales and service orders that cannot process in the system.
• Subject Matter Expert on order processing systems and provide insights to business leaders
• Customer Issue Research and Fulfillment Improvement: Research financial disputes and related customer issues.
• Streamline processes to support the customer experience for order fulfillment.
• Cross-Functional Coordination and Workload Planning: Primary communication conduit between Customer Service and order processing partners (Plants, Bedding Collection, Home Delivery, Logistics, IT).
• Assist in prioritization of order workload and identify resource needs to meet goals.
• Other Responsibilities (<5%): Special projects and other duties as assigned.
