Alderframe Systems is seeking a Customer Service Representative for remote U.S. operations. You will handle client inquiries about orders, shipments, returns, and invoices, and explain histories across systems. You will write clear fault reports for developers and follow up until issues are resolved.

The role starts with training on our tools and client systems. Hours align with U.S. business hours, with benefits including health coverage and a 401(k).

Formación

• At least 1 year in customer service, a call center or a help desk.
• Clear written English (requests arrive in writing).
• Experience with a ticketing system such as Zendesk, Freshdesk or Jira Service Management.
• A quiet place to work and a reliable internet connection.

Responsabilidades

• Handle calls, emails and tickets from client staff about orders, shipments, returns and invoices.
• Look up an order's history across connected systems and explain changes.
• Write fault reports for developers: order number, steps taken, what the screen showed.
• Follow up until the client confirms the problem is resolved.
• Contribute to help articles when screens or processes change.
