Job summary

Ultipro in Texas seeks an Order Fulfillment Coordinator to support the fulfillment, logistics, and execution of bulk, residential, and specialty orders. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to align procurement and logistics strategies to serve client needs and improve processes.

Responsibilities include entering orders, collaborating with branches and factories, monitoring deliveries, and generating open order reports.

Qualifications

1-2 years' experience in supply chain or operations role.
High School Diploma or GED Equivalency; Associate degree a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

Enters and fulfills orders according to client needs.
Works closely with local branches and factory to ensure order fulfillment.
Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain accurate and efficient fulfillment.
Assist customer in ensuring correct product selection and matchups.
Monitor logistics to make sure deliveries run smoothly.
Returns inventory as needed.
Runs open order reports regularly.
Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.
