Job summary

Ultipro in Texas is seeking a Logistics Lead to support the Supervisor in inventory control and materials movement, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery of products and parts. You will train and mentor warehouse staff to follow work instructions, perform tasks efficiently, accurately, and safely, and maintain housekeeping.

This role oversees a team, provides daily objectives, leads receiving, storage, and shipping, and works with WMS, forklifts, and scanners to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse experience and operating industrial lift trucks.
• Forklift and Reach Truck certification completed (in-house training).
• Proficient with warehouse systems including WMS, scanning equipment, and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department in receiving, storage, and shipping to meet daily goals.
• Train and direct staff on forklift operation and safety procedures.
• Process factory transfers and outbound shipments using WMS and Will Calls.
• Manage inventory accuracy and ensure timely daily transactions and reports.
• Identify improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain safety, quality standards, and strong housekeeping practices.
