Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist for a leading manufacturing company in the Southwest Houston area. The role is 100% in-office with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Starting compensation is $20-$22/hour, dependent on experience. You will enter and process customer orders, verify pricing and inventory, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in billing/invoicing required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years' experience with ERP system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately while verifying pricing, product availability, and shipping details.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, delivery status, and account information.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and order discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide administrative support to the customer service team.
