Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Associate in Texas to perform clerical and physical tasks related to shipping goods and receiving shipments. You may coordinate activities of others and ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of deliveries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of similar shipping/receiving experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify and sign in/out all deliveries.
• Track shipments as needed.
• Answer routine questions and perform basic research; escalate complex issues to leadership.
• Perform data entry and maintain documentation of receipts and shipping documents.
• File and maintain paperwork for shipments/deliveries.
• Assist Accounts Payable with problem solving as needed.
• Lift and move heavy items as required.
• Train new employees to meet level 1 requirements.
• Work under supervision to complete daily tasks.
