Job summary

Avenue Code is seeking a Zip Procurement Orchestration Administrator/Developer to design, configure, and engineer our Zip platform. You will own the platform, building dynamic intake forms, conditional approvals, and critical integrations with Oracle ERP across a modern tech stack.

You will bridge procurement operations with technical systems, focusing on API integrations, data mapping, and custom workflow logic within Oracle environments. Remote USA role, CST alignment preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years configuring, administering, or building Zip workflows.
• Experience building integrations between orchestration platforms and Oracle ERP.
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay workflows and ERP data mappings.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain conditional approval routing workflows in Zip.
• Build and optimize dynamic intake forms to capture cross-functional data.
• Develop integration pipelines between Zip and Oracle ERP (Fusion/Cloud/SCM).
• Create and maintain REST/SOAP API calls and webhooks for Oracle connections.
• Oversee security, SSO, RBAC, and access controls across integrated environments.
