Job summary

Cloudflare in Seattle is seeking a Procurement Systems Developer to drive strategy and execution of the global procurement tech stack, integrating Zip HQ as intake/orchestration with Oracle Fusion Cloud as the financial system of record.

The role requires deep S2P lifecycle expertise, ability to map complex processes, and leadership across Legal, Finance, and Global Sourcing to deliver automated workflows while maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Procurement and/or 2+ years with Zip HQ.
• Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay lifecycle including PR/PO, 3-way matching, encumbrance accounting, and contract lifecycle management.
• Proven experience with API-based integrations between intake-to-procure tools and Tier-1 ERPs.
• Ability to map complex cross-functional processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Ability to understand how Zip workflow changes affect GL and AP in Oracle.
• Experience establishing technical standards and governing live production system changes.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Process Architecture: design and optimize global S2P from upstream intake (Zip) to downstream purchasing/payables (Oracle Fusion).
• Dual-Platform Configuration: lead Zip and Oracle Fusion procurement configurations and workflows.
• Integration Ecosystem Management: own Zip-to-Oracle data flow and ensure accurate reflection of changes across systems.
• Strategic Business Partnership: lead discovery with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting; translate policies into logic in the tech stack.
• Data Governance & Compliance: ensure Oracle remains audit-ready; map category codes, cost centers, and tax attributes between Zip UI and Oracle GL.
• Release Management: manage quarterly update cycles for Zip and Oracle; assess impact of new features.
• AI Procurement Agent Strategy & Governance: govern AI agents in Oracle Fusion Cloud ensuring compliant, auditable automation.
