Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Procurement Systems Developer to drive strategy and execution of the global procurement tech stack. You will bridge Zip HQ intake with Oracle Fusion Procurement, ensuring automated, auditable workflows and strong data integrity across systems.

The role requires deep knowledge of S2P, experience with API integrations, and the ability to align business policies with technical implementations while maintaining compliance and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Procurement and/or 2+ years with Zip HQ.
• Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay lifecycle including PR/PO, 3-way matching, encumbrance accounting, contract lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Process Architecture: design and optimize global S2P from Zip intake to Oracle purchasing/payables.
• Dual-Platform Configuration: lead Zip and Oracle Fusion procurement configuration for intake workflows and procurement steps.
• Integration Ecosystem Management: own Zip-to-Oracle data flow, ensure accurate reflection of changes across both systems.
• Strategic Business Partnership: run discovery with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting; translate policies into logic.
• Data Governance & Compliance: keep Oracle as System of Record; map category codes, cost centers, tax attributes.
