Job summary

DeWinter Group seeks a Zip Procurement Orchestration Administrator / Developer to own the Zip platform, configure P2P workflows, and integrate with Oracle ERP systems. The role requires REST/SOAP API expertise, middleware experience (OIC, Workato, MuleSoft), and coding in Python/Node.js. Remote-friendly, CST-aligned expectations apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years configuring or building workflows within Zip (Zip Intake & Procurement).
• Integrations between orchestration platforms and Oracle ERP systems (Oracle Cloud ERP, Fusion, EBS, NetSuite).
• REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware tools (OIC, Workato, MuleSoft) or custom scripting in Python/Node.js.
• Understand P2P workflows, Oracle CoA, vendor onboarding, and financial audit workflows.
• Translate complex policies into automated workflows and API logic.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Security, and Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Zip platform orchestration development and integrations.
• Configure and optimize procurement workflows from intake to approval.
• Troubleshoot API payloads, sync issues, and workflow stalls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in testing, validation, and continuous optimization cycles.
